Chang Kao Thai Cuisine was born from a passion for sharing authentic Thai flavors with the Bradenton community. Founded in 2018 by the Srisawat family, our restaurant represents three generations of Thai culinary tradition.
Our name, "Chang Kao," means "White Elephant" in Thai, symbolizing good fortune, wisdom, and strength. These values guide everything we do, from selecting the freshest ingredients to preparing each dish with care and authenticity.
